Terms and Condition

Real Adventure Nepal Tour and Travels requests you to read all terms and conditions of our company thoroughly. After careful reading of terms and conditions click ” I agree” button and be abided by our rules and regulation. If you have any confusion regarding our terms and condition, feel free to contact us for detail explanation of clauses.

Definition

Real Adventure Nepal Tours and Travel and its staff and members, hereafter are defined as Real Adventure or us and All the clients and visitor, hereafter are defined as you and your.

BOOKING A TRIP

A trip is known as any produced itinerary or any deeds that we purchase with us namely, Trekking, Expeditions, Tour and other adventurous games. A booking is recognized and become fixed only after we send you authorized confirmation via email. Then, a contract between Real Adventure Nepal Tours and Travel, and the Clients comes into existence. Before the contract between both parties comes into being and the booking is confirmed, we reserve right to increase or decrease the catalogue price. Please note that the company would not be liable to any warranty, collateral agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions, other than as expressed herein.

Deposit and Final Payment

  • To activate your booking, 20% of total trip cost must be sent with booking form in the time of booking. You will have to make a non-refundable deposit of 20% of trip cost at the time of booking. Remaining cost can be paid when you visit our office in Kathmandu, Thamel. You can make your final payment in cash preferably in UDS. You can also  pay via Visa  or Mastercard in that condition you have to pay 5.5% extra service charge of bank processing..
  • For the trips to Bhutan and Tibet you must pay 100% cost in advance, at least 25 days before departure.

Note:  We need Copy of your valid passport to make flight booking, hotels rooms, trekking permission and other entrance permission, and for legal process of your holiday trip.

Payment Methods

After accepting our terms and condition, the payment is unavoidable part of contract agreement. For your convenience, we offer different payment methods. We can choose any of following mentioned methods.

Payment by Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa Card only)

We use American card payment gateway WeTravel.com. Real Adventure Nepal accepts payment by credit card. We accept all the cards which are practiced internationally. 5.5% levy will be added for card processing fee. You can ask for the online invoice then then you can pay by credit or debit card from the link given to you by email or direct email from anyroad.com/wetravel.com.

  • Transfer by Western Union, IME, Moneygram and many others. If you like to transfer the deposit by western union. You can use my full name: Shankar Adhikari.
  • Payment Via Bank/ Wire Transfer

4)  Booking Online.

If you book any trip on the Real Adventure Nepal’s website clicking on Book Now button no credit card fee or booking fee we cover the 5.5% card fee, booking trip online on the Real Adventure Nepal’s website. You just pay exact shown amount. We encourage you to book all the tour online, it is hassle free way of booking trip online booking secure and you save time rather than going to bank etc… for Payment.

Cancellation & Refunds

Due to any reason if you cancel the booking, following condition will be applied.

  1. Cancellation of the trip 30 days before the trip departure date– 0% (Deposit non-refundable).
  2. Cancellation of the trip 15 – 29 Days before the trip departure date- 40%
  3. Cancellation of the trip 07 -14 Days before the trip departure – 70%
  4. Cancellation of the trip 07 or less Days before the trip departure – 100%

 

Note: There are different rates for the cancellation fee of Tibet and Bhutan Trips- please contact us.

You may postpone your trip omitting cancellation till one year with authorized notice email two weeks prior to departure. It the cost of trip is increased due to increment of price rate of local stuff, we need to pay the increased cost.

Trip Cancel by Company

Real Adventure Nepal reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, prior to departure due to reasons beyond its control (i.e. due to natural disasters, flight cancellation, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, or other untoward occurrences. In such a case, Real Adventure Nepal will refund the trip price only and reasonable expenses that we have already paid for arrangement of trip will be deducted from your deposited money. If The Company cancels a departure which is guaranteed to run, we will refund the trip price or you are entitled to take an alternative trip of the same value. Please also note that significant alterations do not include a change of airline carrier, flight time tables or itineraries provided the departure and arrival dates remain unchanged, the substitution of a vessel, modification of itineraries, and change in cabin category or hotel accommodation provided it is of the same category.

Incomplete Trip

We are not responsible for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason you turn back from the trip. Before you turn back you make clear communication with you guide.

Passport & Nepal visas

All clients must have a valid passport with at least six months validity from return date. Nepalese visa can be obtained from the Nepalese Embassies or Consulate in your country or on arrival at Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visa cost personal responsibility of clients. Please visit our website’s Nepal Visa section for the detail information. Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. Nepal Visa is available on arrival in Nepal. For Tibet & Bhutan, the company can make necessary arrangements upon request. For India, the client will have to acquire the Visa from their own home country.

Insurance

Valid Insurance is mandatory to all travelers. For porters, tour guides and other crew member of Nepal, Real Adventure Nepal Tours and Travel has insured in Sagarmatha Insurance Company Nepal. Your travel insurance must cover accidents, injury, illness and death medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency deportation (including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and personal liability. A copy of your insurance document should be submitted to our office before you commence trip. We also recommend that your insurance policy covers trip cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage and personal effects.

Acceptance of risk and Liabilities

Real Adventure Nepal Tour and Travel try to meet our commitment and fulfill our responsibility honestly but we cannot deny the changes occurred due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities, abrupt change in weather condition, government’s new policy, and restriction to the sites. Any changes due to   unavoidable circumstance beyond our control such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, bad weather, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident and nature of some of our trip is adventurous and risky, thus these may engage your personal risk.

Trip Amendment.

If you want to amend your trip, you must let us know before 20 days form your departure. We charge USD 100 for each person against amending your trip. After the amendment the cost will be increased due to our arrangement with hotels, guesthouses, and airlines of new destinations.

Injuries and Evacuation

Real Adventure Nepal Tour and Travel will not take responsibility of any injury/health conditions/emotional or other conditions suffered by the client during the trip. Similarly, our package cost does not cover any personal insurance. Hence, we advise the clients to take adequate insurance packages, including medical emergencies and evacuation by Helicopter

Service Missed or Unused

There will be no discounts or monies refunded for missed or unused services, this includes voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from tour, i.e. sickness, death of a family member etc. late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily.

Flight Delays and Changes in Itineraries

Weather in Himalayan area is always unpredictable. Due to bad condition if the flight is delayed, Real Adventure Nepal will arrange food and accommodation prior to your trip. But for return flight delay, client is solely responsible for all the cost. If want to make alternative arrangement such as helicopter flight, you must bear all the cost.
