Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival.

When you are landed in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, representative from Real Nepal Adventure Tours an Travels welcomes you in arrival terminal and transfer you to the luxurious hotel of central Kathmandu. After check in to hotel, freshen you up and have rest. We can walk around the hotel and get to know the nearby area and roam around Thamel during your free time. In evening a professional tour and trekking guide visit you and briefs you about major highlights of trekking and suggests about pre-trekking preparation. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu & Trek Preparation.

When you are done with breakfast, a professional tour guide comes with luxurious van to your hotel and takes to you the UNESCO listed ancient royal palace, The Kathmandu Durbar Squares. While visiting The Kathmandu Durbar Square, we explores the major monuments with record of historical events, temples and statues. The Kumari Ghar (the place of living virgin goddess), Kasthamandap, a temple made up of wood of single tree, Ganesh Temple, Hanuman Dhokha, and giant Bhairav statue are main attraction of the palace square. The grandeur architecture, arts and wooden craving, and the ancient markets nearby the squares make your visit worthier. Out next destinations are popular "Monkey Temple", Swayambhunath, the holy Hindu temple Pashupatinath and the largest Stupa of Nepal, Bouddhanath. After getting historical, religious and cultural glimpses of Kathmandu valley, in evening we will backpack our luggage and prepare for the trip starting with whole day driving tomorrow. Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Aarughat (600m). 6-7 hours.

Leaving Kathmandu behind we drive to southwest part following Prithivi highway until we reach to Malekhu, the famous rafting spot. After crossing bridge over Trishuli River, we follow the uphill highway to Dhadingbesi, the administrative headquarter of Dhading. After having lunch in Dhadingbesi, we drive uphill for one hour and downhill to the river. After crossing bridge, we enter to the beautiful village with wide plots of farming terraces, Salyantar. Further one hour drive via Salyantar, we reach to Aarughat, a beautiful market center located at the bank of Budhi Gandaki River. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 04: Trek from Aarughat to Sotikhola (5-6 hour)

Today is the day, we start walking. After having breakfast we start walking towards the north edge of Aarughat passing the market area and the paddy fields. We follow the motorable road alongside of Budhi Gandaki River. Walking on flat land with view of pristine forest and green forest to the north and murmuring of Budhi Gandaki River and colorful village settlements to the south, we inhale fresh air and revitalize our energy. After one and half hour we reach to Arkhet Bazar and continue walk upstream on the foothill entering into forest and cross small stream. For the rest of the day we drive alongside od river, passing through woods and small bazars with tea houses until we reach to Sotikhola. Overnight in Sotikhola.

Day 05: Trek to Machhakhola (870m)

After having delicious breakfast we, walk out of the bazar and cross suspension bridge over Sotikhola and follow the trail stretching towards lush forest of Sal trees. The peaceful environment of forest echoed with twittering of birds, the whispering sound of Budhi Gandaki river gives us refreshing feeling and allures us to walk upward. Coming out of the forest we meet a scary landslide debris trail that we cross carefully , and walk over strenuous road with stone cliff and boulders until we reach to small Lapubesi village. After having breakfast in Lapubesi, we follow the upstream trail passing farming terraces nearby village, landslide debris and thin forest we reach to the confluence of Machhakhola and Budhi Gandaki. After crossing suspension bridge over Machhakhola, we stop at small settlement call Machhakhola. Overnight in Machhakhola.

Day 06: Maccha Khola to Jagat (2340m/7676ft): 6-7 hour

Unlike from past two days today we climb over elevation of more than 1300m. The ecological setting differs as we trek upland. After breakfast, we walk on leveled trail inside thick forest alongside of Budhi Gandaki River until we reach to a confluence of Khorla Khola and Budhi Gandaki. We come across the wide barren field with full of sands and landslide debris. After crossing the stream, we pass Khorlabesi village and walk straight up in a steep trail with many ascents and descents until we reach to Tatopani village. Upon reaching Tatopani we will enjoy natural sauna on hot water spring. After stimulating moment in Tatopani, we cross the suspension bridges over Budhi Gandaki River and reach to Doban via the trail passing amid of lush forest. Again we hike inside forest and pass by massive sandy beach until we cross another suspension bridge to enter into Jagat village situated at on the foothill of forest just above the sandy beach. Overnight in Jagat.

Day 07: Jagat to Chisopani (1660m/5,445ft): 4-5 hours

Leaving Jagat behind we trek uphill via steep grass land until we reach to Nagjet village where we cross the suspension bridge and reach to Sirdibas bazar, a beautiful village with government offices, school and hospital. Leaving Sirdibas village behind we trek via grassy land. On the way we reach to Philim View Point, from where we enjoy views of Sirdibas village and beautiful hills and enchanting view of Ganesh Himal. Then we cross via Philim, beautiful Gurung village and turn northeast edge of village, following the trail towards Manaslu Circuit trek. Following the trail inside of forest between narrow gorges, we reach to Chisopani village for overnight stay. Overnight in Chisopani.

Day 08: Chisopani to Chumling (3286m) 6-7 hours.

After having delightful breakfast, we walk away from Chisopani and follow the road amid of farming terraces and then enter into scattered, forest of pine and colorful rhododendron trees until we reach to Ekle Bhati for Lunch. After having lunch, we come to the point from where the road divides in two branches; one goes to the Manaslu Circuit Trek and one to Tsum Valley. We follow upward road that goes straight up via dense forest of pin. We walk over steep road for rest of the day. After a strenuous walk via forest, we reach to a beautiful village surrounded by lush forest from all sides. The more we walk the spectacular view of snowcapped mountain we enoy. After enjoying sight of Himalaya vista at Lokpa we ascend further vigorously to reach Chumling, after crossing the suspension bridge over Siyar Khola. On the way we enjoy pleasant view of Himalchuli, Shringi Himal, and Boudha Himal. Upon reaching Chumling we visit Chumling Gompa and Mani Walls. Overnight in Chumling.

Day 09: Chumling to Chokhangparo (3,010m/9,903ft): 4-5 hours.

When we get up early in morning we hear the murmuring sound of the two rivers that flow on the both edges of Chumling. After breakfast we cross the suspension bridge over small streams and walk towards east between farming terraces alongside of river until we cross the bridge again and enter into Tumje village. Then we follow the trail on the foothill of dense forest pine, juniper and rhododendron trees with mesmerizing view of Ganesh Himal, and Himchuli. Coming out of the forest, we cross small stream and trek uphill until we reach to farming terraces adjoining Chokhangparo village. Overnight in Chokhangparo.

Day 10: Chokhangparo to Nile (3,361m/11,058ft): 5-6 hours

Today we get up early morning and enjoy enchanting sunrise over Ganesh Himal. After breakfast we walk on Chokhangparo- Ngyagu trekking trail that bends over farming terraces of potato, barley, wheat and buckwheat. Throughout the way we walk amid the farming terraces until we reach to Lamabagar. Crossing stream over wooden bridge we visit Rachen Gompa against backdrop of green hill. For the rest of the day we walk alongside of Shiar Khola passing via colorful farming terraces surrounded by stone walls. On the way we walk across the indigenous villages of Tamang, Gurung and Sherpa people namely, Phurbe, Lar, and Pangdung. Most of trail is rewarded by stunning view of snowcapped mountains, waterfalls and pristine forest. When we reach to Chhule, we cross the suspension bridge over confluence of Shiar Khola and small stream and enter to Nile. Upon arriving to Nile, we visit Chhule monastery located at the hilltop and observe the evening ceremony performed by Buddhist monks.

Day 11: Nile to Mu Gompa (3,700m/12,174ft): 3 hours

Today we will have short but strenuous ascent towards Mu Gompa. Situated at close distance to Chinese border Mu village is inhabited by Tibetan people, who follow religious life and engage in Yak keeping and tourism. After three hour walk from Nile we reach to Mu village. After reaching Mu, we have lunch and walk around village to explore the traditional way of life of Himalayan people. The last village of Tsum valley provides ample of opportunity to discover mountain life of people and to enjoy the superb view of mountains like Manaslu, Ganesh and other peaks. We roam around village and exchange greetings with local people. Overnight in Mu.

Day 12: Mu Gompa, sightseeing

Today we explore the Mu village and visit the enchanting places around Mu village. After breakfast, we climb up to Mu Gompa, the largest Gompa of region. Situated at the top of village , Mu Gompa is made up of stone and wood stone roof. Festooned with colorful praying flags, standing against the backdrop of glittering mountain, Mu Gompa is excellent vantage point of Himalaya peaks and offer aerial view of village and valley spreading on the both sides of Shiar Khola. After visiting Mu Gompa, we can climb up to Base of Pika Himal. On the way back to Mu we again enter to Mu Gompa and enjoy the evening ceremony performed by Gurus. Overnight in Mu.

Day 13: Mu Gompa to Burgi Village (3,245m/10644ft) via Milarepa cave: 5 hours

After having breakfast, we follow downstream road alongside of Shiar Khola. We use same trail back to Chhule Pangdung, Lar, and Phurbe. After passing Lamabagar we arrive at Burgi village for lunch. After having lunch we visit sacred Buddhist Cave, which is believed to be a meditation place for Guru Rinpoche. From Milarepa Cave, we enjoy captivating view of Poshyop Glacier, Kipu Himal and Churke Himal. Then trek down to Burgi village for overnight stay.

Day 14: Burgi village -Chumling (2,386/7,827ft): 5-6 hours

Leaving Burgi village behind, we start trekking down via beautiful farming terraces and pristine forest of juniper and pine trees alongside of Shiar Khola. We pass via Chokhangparo village and descend downstream to Gho village. After having lunch in Gho, we cross the Sarpu Khola and enter into Chumling. Overnight in Chunling.

Day 15: Chumling to Philim (1,570m/5,103ft): 6-7 hours

After having breakfast, we continue walking towards Lokpa village by crossing suspension bridge over river. Trekking via lush forest of pine and rhododendron tress we come to Gumlung village and follow the uphill trail towards Lungwa Khola ridge until we reach to Lokpa village. From Lokpa, we descend straight to Ekle Bhati and join the main route of Manaslu Circuit Trekking until we reach Philim. Overnight in Philim.

Day 16: Philim to Khorlabesi (970m/3182ft: 6-7 hours)

Leaving Philim village back we descend to Sirdibas and cross suspension bridge over Budhi Gandaki River. Following downstream trail alongside of Budhi Gandaki River, we come across landslide debris, steep trails and passes the villages like Dobhan, Tatopani, Jagat until we arrive in Khorlabesi. Overnight in Khorlebesi.

Day 17: Khorlabesi to Soti Khola(970m/3182ft: 6-7 hours)

Today we walk for the last day of our trekking. After breakfast we again cross the suspension bridge over small stream and walk inside lush forest until we reach to Machhakhola. Now we walk over steep trail passing inside forest and reach to Lapubesi for lunch. After having Lunch we trek via leveled trail inside forest except some strenuous walk over landside debris until we reach to Soti Khola. Upon arriving Soti Khola we check in luxurious guest house and take rest with delicious dinner and drinks. Overnight in hotel.

Day 18: Soti Khola to Arughat to Kathmandu (1300m/1,968ft): Walk 4 hours and drive 7-8 hours.

Today we have early morning breakfast, and trek down Arkhet, then to the Arughat. From Aarughat we drive via Salyantar to Dhadingbesi. Leaving Dhadingbesi we drive down to Malekhu and drive via Prithivi highway to reach to Kathmandu. In Kathmandu we will enjoy farewell dinner with cultural shows. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 19: Final Departure.

We arrange airport transfer according to your flight schedules. If you have evening flight we can arrange the guided tour in Kathmandu valley. Our representative comes to your hotel and transfers you to TIA and bids farewell to you.
