Another feature on this journey is the Begnas Lake, which we can see from the summit of Thulakot and where the hike will terminate. The five-hour climb up Thulakot Hill trek offers views of the forest, villages, farms, beauty, way of life, lakes, and mountains. A solo tour and a group day hike are offered on this excursion, which departs daily from Pokhara. You could be concerned about the trails, but as usual, Nepali Flat refers to a location that is flat with occasional ups and downs. The trail is not difficult, so even kids can enjoy this trek.
Thulakot Hill Trek is also known as Prince Charles hill since, during a journey in 1980, Prince Charles from the UK tented here. This hike offers a variety of village, forest, beauty, agricultural, lifestyle, lakes, and mountain experiences because it passes close to or through several local settlements.
Inside Nepal, there were distinct, independent states/countries before 1771. When security personnel (Army) stayed with the ford, the hills were known as Kot in Nepal. As a result, you will understand that Thula means big and that the kot end of this hill denotes a former ford.
