Nagarkot is also famous for eco trek, panoramic trail, jungle and village walking and from Nagarkot we can trek to Dhulikhel, Namobhudhha, Chisapani, Shivapuri and Gokarna.

Nagarkot tour begins with sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley exploring cultural and historical wealth of Kathmandu valley encompassing Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur districts. Kathmandu Valley has owned seven UNESCO World heritage sites which portray the great sense of ancient architecture style, wooden carving, metal and brick work. The poplar places are Pashupatinath, Boudhhanth Stupa, Swayambhunath, and Durbar Squares.

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu (1310m.)

Day 02: Full day Kathmandu exploration

After breakfast we go out for 8-9 hrs city tour. Firstly, we visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, situated at the heart of Kathmandu this UNESCO listed world heritage site offers exclusive view of ancient buildings, temples and yards. This places was royal palace for Malla kings from 15th century so it is built on traditional architecture and wooden carving. The palace is surrounded by temples and statues. Hnauman Dhoka and statue of Hanuman(the monkeylike friend of Lord Rama), giant statue of Kal Bhairav, Ganesh, Mahadev and Taleju Temple. All temples are built in Pagoda style. Basnatapur Dabali and Kumari Ghar, where a living virgin goddess lives, are the additional attraction of Kathmandu Durbar Square. After Durbar Square, we move to Swayambhnat, which is also known as Monkey Temple. Syambhunath is believed to be a hilltop self-stood after Manjushree drained out water from Chovar. Surrounded by monkey and Hindu and Budddhist desciples this place is occupied by Hindu Temples and Buddhist Stupa, Hindu temples and other religious shrines. Luckily this place was not much affected by 2015 earthquake except some cracks. There is museum that keeps ancient fossils and statutes. This hillock is suitable place to enjoy the entire view of Kathmandu valley.After lunch we move to another historical Patan Durbar Square, which is located in Lalitpur district. We cross bridge over Bagmati River and enter to Patan area. Patan Durbar square was also royal palace and it is famous for temple of Lord Krishna. The pagoda style temple built in 17th century embodies grandiose stone work of ancient craftsman. This place is crowded by Hindu Disciples during auspicious birthday of Lord Krishna that falls on August. Then we go to Pashupatinath to enjoy Aarati(Evening worshiping). In Pashupatinath,we observe grandiose temples situated on the bank of holy Bagmati River. Pshupatinath is holy temples for Hindu devotees which is crowded during Maha Shivaratri (late February or early March) and Month of Shrawan ( July) and Teej Festival (August). Day 03: Kathmandu to Nagarkot (Drive 1.30 hrs.)

Today after breakfast, we visit another UNESCO World heritage site Chagunayaran temple which is believed to be the oldest temple of Kathmandu valley. It is beautifully made with woodcarving, adopting pagoda style architecture. Then we visit other temples like Budanilakantha, Gorkarna and Kriti Bihar. After lunch we move to Nagarkotvia Bhaktapur road. After check in Hotel we walk uphill to enjoy tempting Sunset and the mountain ranges and valley. We walk around town, visit local people. Day 04: Nagarkot sunrise view and Drive Kathmandu via Bhaktapur

Wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise above mountain peak and panoramic view of 8 the Annapurna range, the Manaslu range, the Ganesh Himal range, the Langtang range, the Jugal range, the Rolwaling range, the Mahalangur range (Everest range) and the Numbur range. After breakfast we will explore the village nearby Nagarkot. We closely observe the rural day to day life of people who are mostly engaged in agriculture and livestock farming. People sell their products to Kathmandu valley. The houses built in traditional styles made up of bricks and mud with zinc roof, local temples provide enchanting views. We hike to Budhha Peace Park and enjoy breathtaking view of Himalaya. On the way back to Kathmandu we will enter the UNESCO World Heritage site, Bhaktapur Duarbar Square used to be royal palace of ancient kings. The place is famous for 55 windows palace, Bhiaravnath Temple, Nyatpol Temple and Golden gate. This Durbar Square also portrays ancient wooden carving, pagoda style temples and other art works of ancient Nepal along with unique cultural display of local Newari people. The local sweet yogurt called Ju Ju Dhua in local language is very delicious here enjoy farewell dinner with cultural shows. Overnight in Hotel at Kathmandu

Day 05: Farewell Day
