Cancellation Policy

Once we received your notice for cancellation in written, following cancellation rules will apply:

  • If cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure due to client’s personal problems, all previously paid amount(s) will be forfeited
  • If cancelled between 30 – 90 days prior to departure, 75% of your payment will be refund except the non-refundable deposit.
  • If cancelled more than 90 days prior to your departure date, your full payment will be refund except the non-refundable deposit INR 25000.00 per person
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival

Upon arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by representative from Real Adventure Nepal Tour and Travel and transfer to the hotel in heart of Kathmandu. After check in to hotel, you can walk around and get accustomed with the location around your hotel or you can visit Thamel and enjoy your evening there. In evening professional tour guide visit you and brief about the half a day guided tour to Kathmandu city and the major highlights of Kailash Mansarovar Helicopter Tour. Day 02: Half a day Kathmandu pilgrimage Tour and flight to Nepalgunj.

Today, after breakfast, a professional tour guide comes to your hotel with a hired van and takes to you the world famous Hindu Temple Pashupatinath. We will visit Pashupatinath, perform Pooja for Lord Shiva, and admire grandeur arts and architectures depicted and hundreds of temples and Hindu Shrines. We will cross holy Bgamati River to visit Mata Guheswori temple. After Pashupatinath we drive to Budhanilakantha temple and offer pooja to Lord Vishnu. After Lunch we drive to TIA domestic airport to catch 45 minute scenic flight to Nepalgunj. Check in hotel and do necessary preparation.

Day 03: Fly Nepalgunj - Simikot (2910m)- Hilsa and Drive to Taklakot (4025m). Overnight at Guest House

Today we will start our day from 150m altitude to 4025m. After early breakfast we will have 55 minutes picturesque flight from Nepalgunj to Simikot in a small plane. After reaching Simikot Airport we take helicopter flight to Hilsa. While flying we enjoy breathtaking view of Himalayan range and green valleys and white water rivers. Upon arriving Hilsa, we complete immigration process and cross the Nepal- Tibet border and take jeep drive to Taklako Leaving Hilsa behind, we cross the bridge over Karnali river and follow the road alongside of river. In Taklakot we will stay in guesthouse with warm Tibetan hospitality and prepare ourselves to adjust in higher altitude.

Day 04: Taklakot to Manasarovar (4550m - 2 Hours). Overnight at Guest House

After having delicious breakfast we leave Taklakot cross the bridge over river and follow the road alongside of river. While traversing via rugged terrain we enjoy view of barren hills and pass by beautiful Tibetan villages like Barung, Lawen and enter into beautiful village Delalin , surrounded by green farming terrace. 88km road can be traversed within two hours as we drive on China's Provincial highway. On the way we will drive via eastern edge of Rakhsatal Lake and cross the small streams. Upon arriving in Mansarovar we will check in to guesthouse on the bank of Mansarovar Lake. After lunch, we go for Kora around lake, and enjoy in green meadows spotted with yaks and Himalayan Sheep. The place is peaceful and provides the majestic view of crystal clear lake and Mr. Kailasg. Overnight in guest house.

Day 05: Manasarovar exploration and drive to Darchen (4575m - 1 Hour).

Today we will perform Pooja and rituals in bank of Mansarovar and pray on the temples and Chortens around the lake. After bathing in Mansarovar lake we meditate and fulfill our spiritual hunger. After having lunch , we take the jeep ride to have Holy Mansarovar Parikrama(Kora). On the way we will visit Chui Gompa and drive towards Darchen(Tarchen), knows as the base camp of Holy Kailash Parikrama. Over reaching Darchen we check into guest house and have rest. Overnight in Guesthouse.

Day 06: Start Kailash Kora and reach at Derapuk. (4920m - 5/6 Hours).

Today we commence Kailash Kora. After breakfast we have short drive to Tarboche where we book a yak with helper and finish some administrative tasks in government office and start horse riding for 5-6 hours to reach to Derapuk. On the way, Mt. Kailash appears and disappears when we enter into deep gorge. We pass via waterfalls, stone cliffs, and landslide debris. Upon reaching Derapuk we check in to the guest house managed by Chinese government. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 07: Second day of Kailash Kora; Derapuk to Juthulpuk (4820m - 8/9 Hours)

After breakfast we continue walking towards north sphere of Kailash with close view of Mt. Kailash. Today we walk in steep trail full of boulders and glacier debris. We will have packed lunch on the way and ascend towards Dolmala Pass(5631m) the highest point of our pilgrimage tour. Upon reaching to Dolmala Pass we enjoy the 360 degree view of Mt. Kailash and other neighboring peaks straddled west to east. After having photo session, we descend towards holy Gaurikunda Lake. This Lake id believed to be a bathing spot of Lord Shiva's consort Parvat. Few minutes downward walk from Gaurikunda takes us to flat smooth road from where we walks walk for two hours to reach to Zuthulpuk where we will visit holy cave. Overnight in Guesthouse.

Day 08: Juthulpuk to Hilsa.

Today early morning we offer in Zuthulpuk Cave and trek to Nepal border for two hours, where our vehicle is waiting for us. We eat our lunch in Darchen and drive to Hilsa. On the way we finish administrative verification for exit from Tibet and enter to Nepal. We take jeep raide for whole dau until we arrive to Hilsa for overnight stay. Overnight in Guesthouse.

Day 09: Fly to Hilsa-Simikot-Nepalgunj and Kathmandu.

After having early morning breakfast we take helicopter flight from Hilsa to Simikot followed by flight to Nepalgunj from Simikot. From Nepalgunj we can directly take bus to Gulariya and train to your destination in India or we can take flight to Ktahmndu. After reaching TIA we will be transferred to hotel. In evening we stroll around Thamel, enjoy souvenir shopping and have farewell dinner with Nepalese cultural shows.

Day 10: Final Departure

According to your flight schedule, we arrange airport transfer and bid you final farewell to your destination.
