Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal (1340M)

Day 02: Full day Kathmandu city tour

Kathmandu city is ranked as the 19th best tourist destination by TripAdvisor, also known as the city of Temple and, it houses seven UNESCO listed heritage, diverse culture that exhibits varieties of ancient as well as modern culture. Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur Durbar (royal palace) Squares, Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, Syambhunath (Monkey Temple), Golden Temple, Chagunayaran and other temples and Stupa are the major attractions of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath situated on the bank of the Bagmati River is a holy pilgrimage of Hindus and Syambhunath is jam-packed with Buddhist pilgrimages and the people as this hilltop provides a beautiful view of Kathmandu valley. Day 03: Flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. Trek to Phadking (2700m)

Forty minutes short flight from Kathmandu to Lukla airport offers the beautiful scenery of mountain picks that is a foretaste of what you will see while trekking as it flies over the snow-covered peaks and green valleys. Our crew members will welcome you to Lukla Airport, make better preparation, and the trek start from there. We walk on the route that goes downhill to Cheplung village, a perfect place to enjoy the majestic view of a sacred peak Mt.Khumbila and gradually we walk to Phakdin for an overnight stay. Day 04: Phadking to Namche Bazaar (3420m)

Walking upward with the soothing sound of pine forest, alongside Dudh Koshi River, the trail goes up to beautiful Benker Valley, which is famous for its Chumoa agriculture farm. After Chumoa we ascend to Monjo village, a gateway to Sagarmatha National Park (1,148sq km, established in 1976). Taking our way up via the banks of Bhote Koshi and Dudh Koshi rivers we reach Jorsale village. Uphill trek along a steep slope route with a view of Mt. Everest and the range of Nuptse reaches the entrance of Namche Bazaar, a scenic town at a higher altitude for an overnight stay. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Overnight: Guest House

Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche (3420)

In Namche Bazaar, we can enjoy city life to some extent as it houses ATM booths, furnished hotels, restaurants, and tea/coffee houses and, we can indulge maples of tourist activities to seize the moment. Hiking to Everest View hotel is mostly chosen option where we can enjoy cool and cloudless sunrise over the mountain peaks like Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Konde, and a few others. If it interests you, you can trek to Khumjung Village to observe the monastery that has ostensible Yeti scalp and the school built by Sir Edmund Hillary's Himalayan Trust. Overnight in Namche Bazaar. Day 06: Namche to Phortse Thanga (3500m)

Today we will follow the road from the west part of Namche Bazar passing through an agriculture farm alongside a stone wall until we reach Khumjung. From Khumjung, we meet the junction that divides roads to Tengboche and Mong. Instead of the EBC trail, we catch the left trail and descend towards Mong. Mong is the birthplace of Saint Lama Sanga Dorje, the reincarnation of the lama of Rongbuk Monastery, who is believed to pioneer Buddhism in the Khumbu region, and this beautiful hamlet dwells large white Chorten beautified by praying flags. In Mong catch the glimpse of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Tawoche, and Khumbila mountains. After Mong, a short downhill takes us to Phortse Thanga, Phortse Tanga is a village situated on foothills with enchanting views of snow peaks. Overnight in Phortse Tanga. Day 07: Phortse Thanga to Dole (4200m)

Today we walk following the upper trek from Phortse via a forest of rhododendron and birch trees via abandoned Dole National Park. If luck is on your side, you catch the glimpse of dusk deer and pheasants and cross some streams and waterfalls until you reach a smooth road close to Dole. On the way we pass through green grasslands we cross Tongba (3950m) and Gayle (3960m) villages. Overnight in Dole. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Overnight: Guest House

Day 08: Dole to Machhermo (4410m)

We continue an upward trek alongside Chorten and Yeti Lodge and clime on the ridge of Dudh Koshi River until we reach Lafarma, a flat village with some tea houses and guest houses. After Lafarma we ascend to Luza village from where we see the spectacular view of mountain peaks and there is one Chorten. A short walk beside Dudh Koshi River takes us to Marchhermo. In Marchhermo we can visit the Machermo Rescue Post that is set up to provide medical assistance and orientation on safety and health. Overnight in Marchhermo. Day 09: Machhermo to Gokyo (4750m)

Today we will ascend about the elevation of 340m via steep hill out of Marchchermo with views of the Dudh Koshi valley and Kangtega, Thamserku, and Cho-Oyu mountains until we reach Phangnga(4480m), a village reconstructed in 1990 after deadly avalanches that claimed the life of Japanese tourist an local people. From Phangan, we hike up on the sloppy road with snow stairs, away from Dudh Koshi River and Dudh Koshi Valley. Following the narrow ridge with the slant view of Ngozumpa Glacier, we enter into Glacial valley with lakes. First, we will visit Longpongo, then Raboche Tsho, and Dudh Pokhari on the way to Gokyo. The lakes are pristine with turquoise water and have religious significance for Hindus and Buddhists. Overnight in Gokyo. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Overnight: Guest House

Day 10: Acclimatization day in Gokyo

Acclimatization in Gokyo is worth spending on as it provides ample activities to do. We can trek to Gokyo Ri Pass from where we adore the panoramic views of Cho-Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Makulu and the scenery of Gokyo Lake. We can also hike to the fourth and fifth lakes via Cho Yo pass to Cho Yo Basecamp is another option to have a thrilling experience and to have a close look at Ngazumpa Glacier, the biggest glacier in the world. Besides that hanging around Gokyo also provides us a chance to visit Sherpa art gallery shops, the world's highest book store, and to enjoy delicious food in local lodges and eateries. Another 10 minutes down from Gokyo take us to the third lake to enjoy views of surrounding mountains, and Cho Oyu in the distance. A short climb to a hilltop called Scoundrel's Viewpoint nearby Gokyo is an easier option to scan the view of Cho-Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Makulu. Overnight in Gokyo. Day 11: Gokyo to Phortse

After the triumphant accomplishment of Gokyo Lakes, today we walk back way to Phorste via the same route that we ascended to Gokyo. Climbing across the terminal moraine of the Ngozumpa Glacier to Na (4400m) and making a few ups and downs the trail enters Phortse. We have another alternative way on the other side of the Dudh Kosi passing the villages of There, Thore, & Gyengyo, however, it is more dangerous as it is exposed and much narrower. Day 12: Phortse to Namche Bazaar

A uphill walk from Phorste leads us to with viewof Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Tawoche and Khumbila mountains. Scanning your eyes on Chorten, a beautiful village we descend to Khumjung. After Khumjung, we walk across the agricultural farm and enter Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Overnight: Guest House

Day 13: Namche Bazaar to Lukla

Returning from Namche Bazaar to Luka excites you as much as it did when climbing up. Today we will walk beside Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges and bidding farewell to various settlements. As it is the last day of your trek please make the best of the way and feel free to enjoy the moment that you missed while moving uphill. Overnight in Lukla. Day 14: Fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla

Day 15: Leasure day in Kathmandu

We allow a day of leisure time in Kathmandu in case of missing a flight from Lukla to Kathmandu due to the worst weather. Of course, one-day sightseeing is not sufficient to visit the places in Kathmandu valley, today we will visit the places that we could not go to last time. Visiting Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the best stopover today. Bhaktapur durbar is a historical place, with palaces, and monuments that depict ancient arts and architecture and display the culture of indigenous Newar people. In addition, roaming around Thamel, a tourist hub, the traffic, and a horn-free shopping destination is the best option in the evening. Evening we will have dinner in a typical Nepalese restaurant with a cultural show. Overnight in Hotel. Meal: Breakfast & Dinner Overnight: 3-Star Hotel in Kathmandu

Day 16: Final Departure

We conclude our journey today. Our representative from Real Adventure will help you drop in at Kathmandu airport and bid adieu. Meal: Breakfast
