9 days Everest trekking scheme starts with sightseeing of Kathmandu valley which comprises of tour to UNSECO listed world heritage sites of Kathmandu valley like: three Durbar Squares and famous temples and old markets. After Kathmandu valley tour, we fly to Lukla airport, the gateway to Everest region and start trekking. We will trek via beautiful mountain Village Phakding to Namche Bazaar, beautiful town with advance facilities and luxurious hotels and stay there for acclimatization. After day off in Namche Bazaar, we enter into UNESCO listed Sagarmatha National park with glimpse of wildlife, birds and alpine vegetation. Walking through green valley, pasturing meadows spotted with yaks and sheep, green farming terraces, crossing the suspension bridge over white water rivers, view of Himalayan hamlets with well-arranged settlement of  Sherpa people. The places like Syngboche hill, Khumjung village, Monjo village, and Khunde famous for magnificent view of Himalayan are main attraction of this trek.

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival (1310 M)

Upon your arriving in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, representative from Real Adventure Nepal welcomes you and transfer to the hotel in central Kathmandu. After check in Hotel, we take some rest and freshen yourself. In evening professional tour guide meets you and briefs about the trekking suggesting you to major highlights of tour with some necessary preparation. If you have time stroll around the hotel and get used to with location. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 02: Full day Katmandu Sightseeing.

Today after breakfast you are given guided tour to Kathmandu valley. Firstly we visit Kathmandu Durbar square (royal palace) situated at heart of Kathmandu. UNESCO listed royal palace has various Hindu temples and statues of deities along with an unique home for living goddesses called Kumari(virgin goddesses). The entire complex is built on ancient architecture designed mainly with bricks, clay, and wood. The pagoda style temples with beautiful wooden craving entice the tourists. After Katmandu Durbar Square we move to northern side of Kathmandu to visit Swayambhunath (a self-created god), is also known as monkey temple. This temple is crowed by both Buddhist and Hindu pilgrims. The Stupa with Buddha's eyes around is flapping with prayer flags, which looks like blossoming flower in green forest around. There are several gallery shops and handicrafts outlets also. After lunch we visit the world famous Hindu Temple Pashupatinath, situated in the bank of Holy river Bagmati. The temple of Lord Shiva has owned has owned the architecture of 5th Century with tradition stone and wooden craving. Though non-Hindus are not allowed to enter to main temple, we can visit other temples and observe the ongoing religious ceremonies there. After Pashupatinath we move to world largest Stupa, Boudhhanath to observe the huge Stupa and the glimpse of semi-Tibetan Buddhism and various ceremonies there. The place is colorful with prating flags and shops with Tibetan souvenir. The praying wheels, chanting of mantra by monks and nuns, meditation and praying, visit to Tibetan learning center and miraculous view from roof top coffee shops and restaurant are really worthier here. If we have time we can have short trip to Patan Durbar square on the way back to Hotel. In evening we are again visited trekking guide who coaches us about the excursion which starts from next day. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 03: Picturesque Mountain Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,886m/9,437 ft) and Trek to Phakding (2,640m/8,633 ft.),

Today we will have splendid flight with magnificent view of Mt. Everesr, green hills, valley, rivers, and settlements. After landing at Tenzing Hillary Airport, Lukla, we will have breakfast in nearby restaurant. After breakfast we make our gear ready and start trekking via Ghat village on the way we passes through green valleys, crosses suspension bridges, Sherpa settlements, praying stones inscribed with mantras, monastery in stone cliff. It takes 3 hour to reach to Phakding. After check in hotel, we take short hike to Thaktul Monastery from where we enjoy alluring view of mountain peaks. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,249 ft.)

After having delicious breakfast, we start hiking up to in gradual calm waking passing through local homes, and shops for two hours. Then we will follow a steady way uphill, hiking with glimpse of praying wheels, stones, and monasteries. The more we elevate, the more scenes we enjoy, like pine forests, small suspension bridges over the streams and magnificent view of Himalayas. We stop by small town called Jorsale where we have lunch. After lunch we have to get entrance permission to Sagramatha National Park and we can also visit Sagarmatha National Park visitor’s center with small museum. After lunch we ascend a steep set of hills, crossing over a suspension bridge over Dudh Koshi River. The trail is hardest part of the day, as we have to walk in slope steep hill for two hours and finally we get the glimpse of Namche Bazaar. We enjoy the beautiful scene of Dudh Koshi River coming from Himalaya and making its way down to Phakding. At last we have smooth walk in relatively easier path and put out foot in the largest town of the region, Namche Bazaar for overnight stay. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 05: Trek to Khumjung village (3,789m/12,390 ft.) via Syanboche hill.

Today after breakfast, we visit Sagarmatha National Park Museum and gain insights about Everest Region culture, vegetation, mountain peaks, lakes, and river. We start hiking up to Syanboche airstrip which offers breathtaking view of Mt. Everest in the middle of other peaks like Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawache, Khumbila, Amadablam, Thamserku, Kusum Kangaru, Tashi Lhaptsa, Nangbal. The view of Bothe Koshi and Dudh Koshi, and other desert like barren area is splendid from here. Leaving Syanboche hilltop behind, we follow the upward trail via Kunde ridge in a steep route. When arriving in Kunde we take a moment to visit Kunde monastery and Kunde Hospital founded by Sir Edmund Hillary. After having Lunch in Kunde we head east to Khumjung Village, the capital of Sherpas. Khumjung Village is the largest Sherpa village of Khumbu region, located inside Sagarmatha National Park, a flat land between ridge of Namche and the sacred peak Kumbi La. The white green roofs of houses make this village colorful and the well patterned farming terraces also provides picturesque scene. After check in Hotel we walk around the village and visit The Khumjung School, The Khumjung Monastery, and The Yeti Scalp. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 06: Khumjung to Monjo Village (2,840m /9,287 ft.), 7 hours

After breakfast, we talk return back to Namche Bazaar via same route that we used yesterday to ascend to Khumung Village. The view from hilltop above Namche is breathtaking from where we can enjoy the colorful Namche Bazaar, snowcapped mountain peaks. When we reached Namche, we spend couple of hour buying souvenir and we star descending down via green forest, following mostly steep trail down. We walk down alongside of Dudh Koshi River, and cross the high suspension bridge and enter to Monjo Village. Overnight is Hotel.

Day 07: Monjo to Lukla (2,886 m/9,337 ft.), 7 hours

Today we walk relatively easy trail, following the same route that we used on the first day of trekking with incredible view of mountains. After breakfast, we cross suspension bridge over small stream and flat smooth route on the bottom of green hill and again cross the suspension bridge over Dudh Koshi River. After crossing the bridge we walk through the tea shops and settlements on the bank of Dudh Koshi River until we reach to Benkar village. From Benkar we descend down via steeply trails inside green forest and again we reach to small settlement in river bank. Then, we cross suspension bridge we enter to Phakding for lunch. After Lunch we will walk passing Ghat, Nachipang, and Chheplung village. Finally passing through green pine forest we enter to Lukla for overnight staying. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 08: Scenic Mountain from Lukla to Kathmandu

After breakfast, we will fly from Lukla airport to Katmandu with spectacular view of Mt. Everest and other beautiful peaks. Upon arriving at Kathmandu airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Hotel. In afternoon you wither book a guided tour to Bhaktapur or do shopping. In Evening we enjoy farewell dinner with cultural shows. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 09: Final Departure

Today we will conclude our 11 days trip after treasuring memory of Everest region. Representative from Real adventure transfer you to airport and waves hand of goodbye.
