Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival and Transfer to Five Star Hotel.

Upon arriving in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu representative from Real Adventure welcomes you in arrival terminal, and transfer you to one of the five star hotels in heart of the Capital city Kathmandu. After check in, freshen up and have some rest. In evening a professional tour guide visit you and give information about trekking and sheds light on major highlights of trekking. If you have spare in evening, you can stroll around Thamel and take moment to enjoy tourist atmosphere there. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Preparation

After breakfast, we take guided to visit major sites of Kathmandu valley including UNESCO, listed cultural heritage sites like, Pashupatinath, a famous Hindu temple, Boudhhanath, the world largest Stupa filled with Tibetan culture. We also visit Swayambhunath, known as Monkey Temple, on the hilltop with mesmerizing view of Kathmandu Valley. After lunch we will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, an ancient royal palace which exhibits grandeur architecture of 15th century era with miraculously carved wooden works and temples. In afternoon, professional trekking guides visits you, briefs about the trekking, suggest necessary preparations, and clarifies your queries regarding your journey starting from next day. Day 03: Scenic mountain flight to Lukla Airport and trek to Phakding

Today we will catch early morning flight for Lukla Airport with breathtaking view of Mt. Everest and other snowcapped mountains of Mahalangur Himalaya ranges, green valleys, and white water flowing rivers. The flight itself is preview of natural beauty that we explore in Everest region for next 12 days. Upon arriving in Tenzing-Hillary airport Lukla, crew members welcome us and help packing then we set off our foot towards Phakding from northwest side of Lukla. Today we walk through green forest and beautiful villages like Chheplung, Koshgaun, and Ghat. The trekking duration is relatively short, we have leisure time to acclimatization, or we can take short trek up to Thaktul Monastery from where we enjoy the exotic view of mountain peaks and Phakding. Overnight in Phakding at Yeti Mountain Home or similar hotel. Accommodation: Yeti Mountain Home or Similar Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 04: Phakding - Namche Bazaar [3440 m/11,280 ft.]: 5 - 6 hrs.

Today after having pleasant breakfast we leave hotel and follow the straight trail through Phakding passing shops, teahouse, farm houses and follow the forest until we cross Suspension bridge over Dudh Koshi River. Beyond ridge there is small settlement with teahouse, hotels, and lodges. Leaving Phakding behind we ascend into forest of pine trees until we reach to Thulo Gumela. Gain we follow the trail along with Dudh Koshi River until we reach to Benker. After Benker we again cross suspension bridge and follow the route towards Chumoa, and Monjo with panoramic view of Mt. Thamserku (6618 m). After having entrance checking for Sagarmatha National Park we move 15 minutes away from Monjo village, cross suspension bridge and passes via Jorsale village. Now we enter into lush forest, trek upward until we visit confluence of Bhote Koshi and Dudh Koshi River. Crossing beautiful Hillary Suspension bridge, we walk up throughout forest with glimpse of Mount Everest. When we reach to top of hill just above the Namche Bazaar we see beautiful town below and enjoy mesmerizing view of Himalayas. We stay overnight in Namche Bazaar at Yeti Mountain Home or similar hotel. Accommodation: Yeti Mountain Home or Similar Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche.

Today we will have leisure time. As suggested by health experts we don't stay immovable rather we walk around Namche Bazaar and have short trek to nearby places. Namche Bazaar is the largest city of Khumbu Region with advance facilities like hotel, lodges, hospital, school, banks, ATM machines, and government offices. In Namche Bazaar we visit Sagarmatha National Park Visitor's Center, which exhibits the information about natural fauna and flora, Sherpa Culture, and the first expedition of Mount Everest. Then we visit local market with Tibetan artifacts, and Sherpa Museum. We can hike to Syangboche Airport and to the Everest View hotel which offer 360 degree view of mighty Himalaya peaks including Mt. Everest. Return back to Namche Bazaar for lunch and visit Sagarmatha National Park Visitor's Center, which exhibits the information about natural fauna and flora, Sherpa Culture and the first expedition of Mount Everest. We can trek to Khumjung village where we visit Hillary School, Khumjung Monastery, and interact with local Sherpa people. 15 minute way from Khumjung there is Kunde village from where we enjoy the glistening view Mt. Khumbila, Amadablam, Thamserku, Kangtega, Pachermo peak, Kongde Ri among others. Spending day in Khumjung village we return back to Namche Bazaar in evening. . Day 06: Namche Baazar to Deboche[3820m/1253ft]: 5 - 6 hrs

One day acclimatization in Namche Bazar gives you a good rest as well as prepares you for the trek in higher elevation and of course makes you more enthusiastic for natural and cultural beauty if higher upper Himalaya region after having delicious breakfast, we continue trekking following the trail just above Namche Bazaar. We walk meet the intersection of road that goes to Khumjung and Sansa. Taking the lower road to Sansa, we walk in slope road with the scatter pine trees until we reach to Sansa. On the way we stop for gleaming view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Amadablam and a close-up view of Thamserku and we enjoy glimpse of Himalayan Thar, Musk deer and the national bird of Nepal, pheasant. Sansa alos divides the roads for Gokyo Lake and Deboche. Again we follow the lower route via forest of pine trees we reach to Phungi Tenga, a small settlement in the bank of Dudh Koshi River, for Lunch. After lunch we cross suspension bridges and ascend straight and follow the crest route to reach to Tengboche, where we will visit Tengboche monastery and enjoy luminous view of Amadablam, Mt. Everest, and Nuptse. From Tengboche it takes 30 minute to reach Deboche, where we visit Deboche nunnery and stay overnight. Overnight in Deboche at Hotel Rivendell or similar Hotel. Meal; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 07: Deboche to Dingboche [4360m/14304ft]: 4 - 5 hrs

After having breakfast, we walk through pie forest alongside of Imja Khola and cross the suspension bridge. Beyond bridge, we trek via rocky trail until we meet an intersection of road from where we can enjoy stunning view of Amadablam. We can follow either ways as one goes above Pangboche or another below Pangboche. We take upper trail that takes us to Pangboche monastery. Next to Pangboche we follow the trail on the foothill alongside of Imja Khola passing by Somare, Orshyo until we reach to Dingboche. After Syanboche we walk in desert like barren terrain but the cold breeze from Imja Khola and Himalaya peaks gives us solace. Upon arriving in Dingboche, we enjoy the view of green farming terrace, Imja Khola and green forest on the opposite hill, and visit beautiful Dingboche Stupa on the top of village. Overnight in Local logde. Accomodation: Best lodge/guest house Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Day 08: Dingboche - Duglha [4,600 m/15,090 ft]: 3 - 4 hrs.

After an extended breakfast, we climb through slope ridge just above Dinboche and reach to the top which offers pleasant view of Dinboche and Pheriche too. The spectacular mountain peaks, to south are jaw dropping. The trail goes smoothly on the bottom of hill alongside of roaring Luboche Khola with strong wind with sand. We enjoy the close up view of Pumori and other peaks like Hungchi and Ama-Dblam. To the north we see giant mountain with some sow and the southern part we see white river and Tobuche peak. After about 3 hour walk, we meet the junction of road that goes to Pheriche. Crossing small wooden bridge of Lobuche Khola we enter into small settlement: only two teahouse and lodge. The trekking period is short today so we acclimatize today. We climb small hilltop and enjoy a glimpse of Cho La Pass and Cho La Lake. Day 09: Duglha - Lobuche [4940 m/16,207 ft]: 2 - 3 hrs

After satisfactory breakfast, we ascend uphill in extremely tough way in the marine of Khumbu Glacier, full of rubbles in slope land. When we reach to top called Chupki Lahara we see Everest Memorial, the stone monuments for the numerous mountaineers who have lost their life during climbing Mt. Everest including memorial to Scott Fisher who perished in the 1996 and to a famous Nepalese mountain guide Babu Chiri Sherpa. After Chupki Lahara we walk relatively flat land but full of Boulders and rocks. The desert like territory with sandy wind, the infinite rubbles from Khumbu glacier amaze us while walking. The view of Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori and Mahalangur Himal becomes more spectacular and we will be tempted for close up view of Mount Everest. We reach Lobuche before lunch. After having lunch we go around and enjoy enchanting view of Himalaya peaks. Overnight in local logde/ hotel. Accommodation: Best Available Local lodge/ Guest House Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 10: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m/16,961ft), visit Everest Base Camp (5,364 m/17,594 ft): 6-7 hours

After delicious breakfast, we walk on smooth road alongside of Khumbu glacier until we reach to Italian Pyramid, opened for study of environment and climate change. After the pyramid sign, ascend uphill in the road with boulders, rocks and snow. While walking we enjoy astonishing views of north ridge of Everest along with Mt. Pumori, Mahalangur, Lingtern, Khumbutse, and Nuptse. When we reach to Thangma Riju we enjoy full view of snowcapped mountains. Today we see most awaiting Mt. Everest from very close distance and the view of Mt. Pumori is breathtaking. Again we trek in slope trail via Changri glacier, from where we see Kala Patthar and Mt, Pumori. Crossing Glacier River we enter to vast Gorak Shep for lunch. After Lunch we trek to Everest Base Camp via comparatively difficult road with loose rocks, fragile soil, and rubles. Just from the hilltop above Gorak Shep we see far view of Everest Base Camp covered with multicolor tents of trekkers. After about 2 hours hiking via Gorak Shep Lake, we reach to the ultimate destination, Everest Base Camp. When we reach to Everest Base Camp we will be astonished by the close view of Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori all around and the deadly Khumbu glacier. While trekking down to Gorak Shep we meet the point from where we go to Kala Patthar to enjoy stunning sunset. On the way we enjoy the incredible view of Mt. Pumori, and Amadablam. When we reach we enjoy unbelievable view of Mt. Everest just before your eyes. The rare view for that we trekked for last 8 days is straddling before our eye, is really treasuring and we feel triumphed. Retrun back to Gorak Shep for overnight stay. Day 11: Gorak Shep - Kala Patthar - Pheriche [4280 m/14,070 ft]: 8 - 9 hrs

Today we start trekking up to Kala Patthar to catch the glance of sunshine over Mt. Everest before sunrise. The weather is shivering with cold chill wind and snow fall sometimes. The view of shimmering mountains like Lingtren, Khumbutse, Changtse, Nuptse and Pumori is incredible, showered by sunshine. When we ascend more elevation, the summit of Mt. Everest starts emerging from west ridge. When we reach to Kala Patthar(the black rock), we will see the Mt. Everest gleaming with morning sun rays and the enchanting view of Changtse, and Nuptse. We take pictures with Mt. Everest in background and capture the beautiful scenes and landscapes seen from Kala Patthar. To the north we can see northern flank and Mt. Lhoste too. 360 degree view of Himalayas makes our trek worthier and we feel proud of ourselves. We return back to Gorak Shep for lunch and set our foot off down to Pheriche. Overnight at a local lodge.Accommodation: Best Available Local lodge/ Guest House Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Day 12: Pheriche-Pangboche-Tengboche-Namche Bazaar [3,440 m/11,280 ft]: 6 - 7 hrs

After breakfast we follow trail down towards Pangboche alongside of Lobuche river until we meet confluence of Lobuche Khola and Imja Khola. On the way we enjoy far view of Mt. Amadablam, Pokalde and Thamserku. Here we catch the same EBC trek route that we used while trekking up to Dingboche. Passing via Worshyo and Somare we enter to Pangboche for lunch. After lunch we descend towards Deboche passing through pine trees and farming terraces alongside of Imja Khola. Trekking down by Tengboche monastery, we come to Phungi Tenga where we cross the suspension bridge over confluence of Imja Khola and Dudh Koshi. After crossing bridge we enter to the gorges with view of snowcapped peaks like Amadablam, Thamserku and Nuptse, until we reach to Sansa. From Snasa the trail goes straight down for an hour then, we follow flat route and finally reached to Namche Bazaar. Upon arriving in Namche Bazaar we feel more relaxed in cozy hotel's room, enjoy delicious dinner, and have better sleep. Overnight in Namche Bazaar at Yeti Mountain Home or similar hotel. Accommodation: Yeti Mountain Home or similar hotel Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 13: Namche Bazaar - Lukla [2,800m/9,186ft]: 6 hrs

Today after appealing breakfast we walk for last day of our trekking. Few minute walk from Namche Bazaar we descend down via steep trail inside green forest for an hour. After crossing the Hillary Suspension bridge over confluence of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi, we walk towards Benker and to Phakding. Today we pass by beautiful settlements of Sherpa people, green farming terraces, monasteries, and Chortens. We exchange greetings with local people, yak herders, porters, and fellow trekkers who are heading up to wonderland land of Everest Region. Finally we come to Lukla for the overnight stay. Upon arriving Lukla we feel overwhelmed with joys and review our journey up to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar. We will receive our bags and other items safely and rejoice the moment with beautiful conversation about treasure that we collected during trekking. Enjoy a great moment with delicious dinner and have better rest. Overnight in Lukla at Yeti Mountain Home or similar Lodge.Accommodation: Yeti Mountain Home or similar hotel Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 14: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu

After breakfast we take first scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. After check in hotel you can go to Thamel to purchase neepali handicrafts and other goods as souvenir. In evening we enjoy farewell dinner in one of the famous cultural restaurant in Kathmandu. Overnight in five star Hotel. Accommodation: Five star Hotel Meal: Breakfast and Dinner.

Day 15: Final Departure

Today we conclude our journey. Representative from Real Adventure will drop you to airport and bid final farewell. Wish you happy journey and safe flight.(Note: if you want to extend some days in Kathmandu sure you can and you can make some activities in Nepal like rafting, Jungle Safari etc.
