Walk through villages, forests and upstream along the Modi Khola into the Annapurna Sanctuary, a valley surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. 13 Days Annapurna Base Camp Trek commences in the ancient city of Kathmandu; from Kathmandu you will board a bus to Pokhara for an overnight stay. The trek begins in the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara through ever green forests and rhododendron thickets to Jinu Dhanad. The village of Jinu Dhanad is known for its natural hot springs, so take a dip in the soothing water heated by Mother Nature. After a gradual trek up, the village of Chhomrong is the next attraction and stopping point, boasting crystal clear views of the unconquered Machhapuchhare peak (6,993m/22,943ft) which resembles a fishtail. The trail then goes on to the Himalaya Hotel (2840m9, 318ft), where one can devour even more magnificent views of the Himalayas. Your journey beyond the Himalaya Hotel gets slightly more difficult during the ascent to Machhapuchhare Base Camp (3,700m/12,139ft). The peaks Annapurna-III (7,600m/24,934ft) and Annapurna -IV (7,400m/24,278ft) are visible from this point and the gigantic glacier of Machhapuchhare makes its presence felt. You will have easy day for acclimatization is necessary; also a great opportunity for you to enjoy the phenomenal mountain views from here.

The next leg of the Annapurna base camp trek will take you to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m/13,550ft) and the heart of a natural amphitheater, a picture that will remain with you forever. The sunrise is another view of note as it gradually illuminates the peak of Annapurna-I (8,091m/26,545ft). While on this massive glacier you can orchestrate a snowball fight or build a snowman. The last highlight of this Annapurna base camp trek is the spectacular view from Poon Hill (3,210m/10,531ft), considered a photographer’s paradise.

This spells the end of the experience of a lifetime, bringing you down to Tirkhedhunga through rice terraces and colorful rhododendron forests and a last chance to admire the beauty and monstrosity of the Annapurna range. You will continue trek to Naya Pul, from here it is back to Pokhara and a comfortable night’s sleep.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1310 M)

After arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan Airport, a representative from Real Adventure will be there to receive you displaying the signboard of Real Adventure Nepal. Then after you will transferred to hotel in our private vehicles. Note: If you would like to arrive after 4pm then, in such a case on way to your hotel our airport representative will provide you information about our next day trip (tomorrow). So feel free to ask any type of question about trip. Incase if you will arrive before 4 pm then your pre meeting will be at our office on the same day. In the pre meeting we will introduce your trek guide/ leader/ porter. Main thing is that don’t forget to bring some important document like: passport, three copies of passport-size photos, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. Atlas, you will be request to pay the due amount otherwise you will be requested to sign the legally binding trip form as well as the non-liability disclaimer. Overnight: Hotel, No Meals

Day 02: Kathmandu – Pokhara (900m)

Early in the morning around 6:30am, our trekking staff will be there in your hotel for pick up. Then after, we will catch the bus of Pokhara which may probably leaves at 7:30am. On the way you can enjoy the beautiful view of valley on the banks of Phewa Lake. This place is also famous for the panoramic view of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Machapuchare, Mt Lamjunghimal and many more mountains. Although Pokhara city is small and less busy city in the comparison of Kathmandu city but it will be the perfect starting point of our trek.Overnight: Hotel (Breakfast)

Day 03: Nayapul- Tikhedunga

One hour’s bus journey on a private vehicle will takes us to Nayaphul, which is the starting point of our trek. After 15 minutes walk along the Modikhola, we will reach Birethanti (1015m) available of shops and teahouses.Then after our trail will lead us to Bhurungdikhola through the village. Continue short walk will take us to Tikhedhunga at (1577m). Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani

Next day, the very steeply climbs of trek takes us up to the Magar village of Ulleri at 2070m. Our trail will move ahead through fine forest and rhododendron forest towards Banthanti at 2250m. Our trail will continue towards Nangethanti at2460m. After walking an hour we will move at Ghorepani.Overnight: GuesthouseMeal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 05: Hike up to Poon Hill (3210m) and trek to Tadapani (2610m)

Today we will have an early morning hiking up to the view point of Poon Hill at 3210m. Over there we can enjoy the magnificent splendor of sunrise over the high Himalayas. For an hour, we will stop our trails to have a closest view of mountains range including the close up view of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range. Then after we, returned back to have some hot breakfast. After breakfast we will climb a nearby ridge and descend through rhododendron forest to Deurali. Day 06: Trek to Chommrong

Our trek starts with a steep downhill through the forest. After leaving Tadapani behind us the trails eases as we reach Gurjung, the village of gurung people. From here we will have an easy walk to Chommrong at an elevation of 2140m.Overnight: GuesthouseMeal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 07: Trek to Himalayan Hotel

The trails descend step by steps and cross the Chhomrong Khola. Again we continue climbing up to Khuldighar at 2380m where there used to be an Annapurna Conservation Area check post. There is a clearing in the forest from which our trail route will be very steeply down through the thickets of bamboo at the bottom of gorge. Day 08: Trek back to Annapurna Base Camp (40130m)

Today trails start with climb on the Hinko Cave, Deurali and then after to Machhapuchhare Base Camp. This area is mostly covered by a mountain which is also known as Annapurna Sanctuary. After some two hour trek from Machhapuchare Base Camp takes us up to the Annapurna Base Camp at elevation of 4130m. Day 09: Trek back to Bamboo (24345m)

From Annapurna Base Camp we review our steps to bamboo and follow the same trails to downwards at 2345m. Today trek is down hills so it may not be difficult. There is availability of few teahouse and lodges to stay.Overnight: GuesthouseMeal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 10: Trek to Jhinu Hot Spring (1780m)

Today also we follow the same down hills trails until reach the chommrong. After passing the Khuldighar, over there we can see the sheep farm and trails continue through the rhododendron and bamboo fields. The very steeply trails descend to Jhinu hot spring, where we will have opportunities to enjoy the bath in natural hot springs.Overnight: GuesthouseMeal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 11: Trek to Nayapul (1010m) 4.5hrs.Drive to Pokhara -1hrs. same day guided tour of Barahi Temple and boating in Fewa Lake

Today we will have around 4.5 hrs walking from right side of Modhi Khola of Jhinu Hot spring to Birethanti. Our trek will end at Nayapul where we take our vehicles to Pokhara. This day may be the one of best and most relaxing walks of the entire trek. After check in to the hotel we will continue our boating trip to Barahi Temple and then after we will return back to the hotel.Overnight: HotelMeal: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 12: Drive back to Kathmandu (1345m) and free time

If you want to extend your trip then you can experience many more activities like; Chitwan jungle safari, rafting adventure mountain biking, science Everest flight, Kathmandu valley shopping tour etc. You can make your trip memorable and exciting by performing different adventurous activities.Overnight: Hotel I Breakfast

Day 13: Final Departure

This day our trip comes to the end. Transfer to international airport in Kathmandu for your final departure.Note: Above information is a guideline that exact we provide in trip.
